David L. Selinger is a corporate partner in the Chicago office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. His experience includes mergers and acquisitions, general corporate advisory work and securities offerings.
Prior to rejoining Kirkland, David was the General Counsel at Mediaocean, LLC, a leading advertising technology company, where he oversaw all legal matters. Prior to Mediaocean, David was the Assistant General Counsel - M&A for Scientific Games Corporation, where he advised on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and other strategic transactions.
