Angad has experience advising on a broad range of cross-border financial restructurings of stressed and distressed businesses, advising debtors, creditors, sponsors and strategic investors. Angad also advises investment banks, hedge funds and private equity houses in their review and diligence of European investment opportunities in par, stressed and distressed transactions.
