Sana Shafi is an investment funds associate in the London office of Kirkland & Ellis International LLP.
Sana advises and represents clients with respect to all aspects of the structuring, establishment and operation of alternative investment funds, with a primary focus on private equity, special opportunity, infrastructure and credit funds.
In her personal capacity, Sana works closely with early stage founders providing commercial and strategic advice and is a venture scout for Founders Factory. She is also the co-founder and CEO of STRIVE, a diversity organisation striving to make the legal industry more meritocratic, diverse, and representative.
