In re Juul Labs Marketing & Products Liability Litigation (N.D. Cal.).  Counsel in MDL and related state cases brought by consumers, schools, attorney generals and municipalities alleging personal injury and economic damages related to e-cigarette product and marketing.

Counsel for large consumer products company in a putative class action alleging violations of the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act (BIPA) related to its collection, storage and dissemination of customers’ facial geometry data for online purchases of its products. The case was voluntarily dismissed after Kirkland filed a motion to compel arbitration.

Alabama Aircraft Industries, Inc., et al. v. The Boeing Company (N.D. Ala.). Counsel for The Boeing Company in a dispute brought by a former subcontractor, alleging misappropriation of trade secrets and financial information arising out of the United States Air Force’s award of a multi-year contract to Boeing.

In re Syngenta AG MIR162 Litigation (D. Kan.). Counsel for seed manufacturer in multidistrict litigation involving tens of thousands of class action and individual lawsuits alleging damages because of China's non-approval of certain corn seeds for import.

Arabian Support & Services Co., v. Textron Systems (D. Mass). Counsel to Textron in lawsuit alleging breach of contract, tortious interference, and violation of state unfair trade practice statute.
