Emily Sheffield is an intellectual property associate in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Her practice focuses primarily on patent disputes. She has worked with patents involving a variety of technologies, including medical devices, robot technology, and consumer products.

Emily has also been involved in the firm’s pro bono programs, including veterans affairs matters.
