Stephen Silva is a litigation partner in Kirkland's Bay Area office. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation in and out of state and federal courts, including bankruptcy courts.
Stephen has represented clients in a wide range of arbitrations, regulatory and governmental investigations, and in state and federal court in matters including employment disputes, accounting, commercial contracts, copyright, energy litigation, insider trading, shareholder litigation, trade secrets and consumer class actions.
Prior to joining Kirkland, Stephen was an Assistant General Counsel at a New York financial services company and practiced in the New York office of another international law firm.
