Overview

Amy St. Amand is a litigation partner in the Washington, D.C., office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Amy has represented a variety of clients, including consumer product and medical device manufacturers and pharmaceutical companies in complex civil litigation in state and federal courts. Amy has significant experience overseeing all aspects of the discovery process, including coordinating and managing all stages of pre-trial discovery in multijurisdictional litigation as well as overseeing factual investigations.

In addition, Amy has represented corporations in internal investigations and government enforcement actions brought by the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Department of Justice.

Amy has also devoted a portion of her time to pro bono work, providing legal services to clients in the areas of housing, family, public benefits and consumer law.
