Dan Stathis is a partner in the Restructuring Team in the London office of Kirkland & Ellis International LLP.

Dan has experience acting company-side, for lenders and for insolvency officeholders in the restructuring and insolvency market on a wide range of domestic and cross-border restructurings, refinancings, enforcement situations and distressed M&A mandates.
