James Stewart is an associate in the Investment Funds Team in the London office of Kirkland & Ellis International LLP. James represents sponsors and institutional investors in relation to the structuring, formation and operation of private investment funds, across real assets, private equity, credit and secondaries. He has experience advising on a variety of commingled and fund-like structures, including funds-of-one, separate managed accounts, co-investments and joint ventures.
