Joseph Taglienti is a litigation associate in Kirkland’s New York office. He focuses his practice on corporate and complex commercial disputes in the Delaware Court of Chancery. Joseph also advises companies and their directors and officers on transactional and governance matters. Before joining Kirkland, Joseph clerked for the Honorable Vice Chancellor Nathan A. Cook of the Delaware Court of Chancery and the Honorable Judges of the Delaware Superior Court’s Complex Commercial Litigation Division.
