Brent Tan is a debt finance associate in the London office of Kirkland & Ellis International LLP. Brent represents private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in a variety of transactions, including leveraged buyouts, acquisitions, cross-border financings and general banking.

Representative Matters
Since joining Kirkland, Brent has worked on the following representative matters:
Atlas Luxco S.à r.l. in connection with the debt financing of the concurrent public offers in the U.S. and Sweden to the shareholders in Millicom International Cellular S.A. Apax; and
Capvest and its portfolio company Inspired Pet Nutrition on the acquisition of Butcher's Pet Care, a leading manufacturer of high-quality wet pet food.
Prior to joining Kirkland, Brent worked on the following representative matters:
Bridgepoint on the financing of the acquisition of a majority stake in PTV Group, a leading global software company for traffic planning;
Exponent Private Equity and portfolio company Photobox Group on its combination with the European photoprints business, Albelli to create the leading European online photo business; and
The arrangers on the financing of AEA Investors’ acquisition of Polygon, the largest provider of property damage restoration services in Europe.
