Overview

Stephen Tensmeyer is a litigation partner in the Salt Lake City office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. He has a broad range of experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in complex commercial disputes, including trials in state and federal courts, arbitrations and appeals. He has represented a diverse client base at all stages of litigation in a wide variety of subject areas, including trade secrets, intellectual property, consumer class actions, business torts, contracts, executive compensation and employment, among others.
