Zhao Wang is an associate in the restructuring team at the Hong Kong office of Kirkland & Ellis. His practice focuses on advising private equity sponsors, debtors, creditors, advisory firms and insolvency practitioners on cross-border restructurings across multiple sectors. He also works closely with private equity and distressed credit funds, investment banks, and other alternative capital providers on distressed debt, special situations, and other debt financing transactions.
