Thomas Toman is an investment funds associate in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP, as well as a member of the Liquidity Solutions Practice Group. Prior to joining Kirkland and Ellis, Thomas was an associate at an New York-based international law firm. He has advised both sponsors and investors on the formation of private investment funds, co-investment programs, strategic partnerships and a variety of secondary transactions.
