Andrea Tomo is an investment funds associate based in the London office of Kirkland & Ellis International LLP. Andrea advises and represents clients with respect to all aspects of the structuring and operation of private funds investing across a broad range of alternative asset classes. Andrea also advises sponsors on the related carried interest, co-investment and other incentive arrangements.
