Simeon Toronto is a litigation associate in the Salt Lake City office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation across a broad range of industries, including healthcare and consumer products. He defends clients in government investigations and enforcement actions involving the U.S. Department of Justice. Simeon maintains an active pro bono practice, including First Amendment defense and refugee asylum cases. He graduated from Columbia Law School, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and Davis Polk Leadership Fellow.
