Margaret is an associate in the Investment Funds Group at Kirkland & Ellis LLP. She focuses her practice on structuring, negotiating, forming and operating private investment funds and their management companies. Additionally, Margaret has experience representing private equity sponsors and other companies in complex business transactions, including mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, securities offerings and general corporate governance.
