Overview

Kate Walling is a litigation partner in Kirkland’s Chicago office. Her practice focuses on complex commercial litigation and includes antitrust, class action, consumer fraud, fraudulent conveyance, trade secrets, products liability and restructuring matters. She has served as counsel for both plaintiffs and defendants as both trial and appellate counsel. Her pro bono practice focuses on police accountability and prison conditions.
