Katie Welch is a litigation partner in the Government, Regulatory and Internal Investigations Practice Group in the Chicago office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. She represents clients in a broad range of complex commercial litigation matters, government enforcement actions and internal investigations. She defends corporations in government enforcement actions alleging violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, False Claims Act and antitrust laws; conducts internal investigations for clients across diverse industries; and advises clients on a wide range of ethics and compliance matters.
