Overview

Carolyn Weltman is a litigation partner in the Chicago office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP, where she focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation and internal investigations. She has experience in a broad array of matters, including products liability and toxic torts cases, multidistrict litigation, federal monitorships, insurance litigation, and restructuring actions.

Carolyn has represented clients in a variety of industries, including energy, oil and gas, pharmaceuticals, technology, and chemical manufacturing. Carolyn also maintains an active pro bono practice which focuses on civil rights and immigration matters.
