Overview

Brett Wessley is a litigation associate in the Washington, D.C., office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation in federal and state courts, in addition to multidistrict litigation, and he has represented Fortune 500 and other clients in litigation matters involving contracts, consumer products, false advertising, antitrust and bankruptcy disputes. Prior to joining Kirkland, Brett served as a law clerk to Judge John W. Holcomb of the United States District Court for the Central District of California.

Prior to joining Kirkland, Brett served as a Naval Intelligence Officer in the U.S. Navy with tours at Naval Special Warfare Development Group, U.S. Indo-Pacific Command Joint Intel Ops Center and Amphibious Squadron Six, in addition to completing three deployments overseas.
