Christopher Wynne is a partner in the Investment Funds Group of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. His practice focuses on representing private fund sponsors and investors in forming, investing in and operating private funds and related alternative asset arrangements. Christopher also counsels private fund sponsors on a variety of internal economic and governance matters, including restructurings and employee hires and departures, as well as regulatory compliance and fund-related aspects of M&A transactions, such as co-investment arrangements, separate accounts, and alternative investment structures.
