Won a unanimous jury verdict in favor of Constellation Brands after a two week trial.
Value Drug Co. v. Takeda Pharmaceuticals USA Inc. et al. (E.D. Pa.): Counsel for Watson Laboratories, Teva Pharmaceuticals and Amneal Pharmaceuticals in a proposed class action litigation alleging an anticompetitive scheme arising out of patent litigation settlements concerning Colcrys, a medication typically prescribed to treat gout. Defeated class certification and secured a favorable settlement for clients in advance of trial.
Won $100+ million purchase price adjustment in favor of a private equity client in a confidential arbitration arising out of a dispute over the interpretation of an asset purchase agreement governed by Delaware law.
