• Studio City International in its $359 million initial public offering and listing on the New York Stock Exchange.
• The underwriters in the $200 million initial public offering and listing on the New York Stock Exchange of AMTD International.
• The underwriters in the $108 million initial public offering and listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange of iDreamSky Technology.
• The underwriters in the $55 million initial public offering and listing on the Nasdaq Global Market of Huize Holding.
• The underwriters in the $36 million initial public offering and listing on the Nasdaq Global Market of uCloudlink Group.

Debt Offerings

• BrandSafway, a portfolio company of Brookfield and CD&R, in connection with its issuance of $1.3 billion new senior secured notes as part of a series of recapitalization transactions.
• Bain Capital in connection with the financing for its acquisition of a majority stake in House of HR, including an offering of €300 million senior secured notes.
• United Group B.V., which is majority-owned by BC Partners, in connection with the financing for its acquisition of Wind Hellas, including an offering of €980 million fixed and floating rate high yield bonds.
• Option Care Health Inc. in connection with its debut offering of $500 million of high yield bonds.

Mergers and Acquisitions

• Instructure on the take-private acquisition by KKR for $4.8 billion.
• R1 RCM on the take-private acquisition by TowerBrook and CD&R for $8.9 billion.
• Evolution AB on the take-private acquisition of Galaxy Gaming.
• Worldwide Webb Acquisition Corp on the De-SPAC business combination with Aeries Technologies.

• Ignitis Group in its €450 million initial public offering and listing on the Nasdaq Vilnius Stock Exchange and the London Stock Exchange.
• The underwriters in the $109 million initial public offering and listing on the Bombay Stock Exchange and the National Stock Exchange of India of an international fast-food chain.
