In re General Motors LLC Ignition Switch Litigation: Represented General Motors in multidistrict federal and state civil litigation relating to vehicle recalls, including personal injury bellwether trials and economic loss class action litigation.
In re Testosterone Replacement Therapy Products Liability Litigation: Represented AbbVie in multidistrict federal civil litigation related to a low-testosterone therapy.
In re Takata Airbag Products Liability Litigation: Represented General Motors in federal multidistrict litigation involving alleged violations of state consumer fraud and federal RICO claims related to Takata airbag recall.
Viking Pump, Inc., et al. v. Century Indemnity Co., et al.: Represented Viking Pump in litigation over the coverage obligations of Viking Pump’s commercial liability insurers for underlying asbestos claims. Successfully preserved judgment in favor of client before Delaware Supreme Court and New York Court of Appeals.
