Overview

Sahng-Ah Yoo is a litigation associate in the Washington, D.C., office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Sahng-Ah's practice focuses on complex commercial litigation. She has experience representing clients in a broad array of matters, including antitrust, class-action defense, consumer fraud, contractual disputes, securities and government investigations. The American Lawyer has recognized Sahng-Ah's trial work.

Sahng-Ah also maintains an active pro bono practice, leading federal lawsuits against the government on behalf of individuals and clients on issues involving the Administrative Procedure Act, Federal Tort Claims Act and Immigration and Nationality Act.
