• Represented iMotion Automotive Technology (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. (“iMotion”) (HKSE: 1274) on the initial public offering of H shares and listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. As the first company specializing in autonomous driving listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, iMotion is an autonomous driving solution provider with a focus on AD domain controllers
• Represented ZX Inc. (HKSE: 9890), a leading online game products publisher in China, on its global offering and listing on the Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on September 28, 2023
• Represented NIO Inc. (NYSE: NIO; HKEx: 9866; SGX: NIO) in its offering of $500 million in aggregate principal amount of convertible senior notes due 2029 (2029 Notes) and $500 million in aggregate principal amount of convertible senior notes due 2030 (2030 Notes), as well as on a variety of legal issues relating to its compliance with the Listing Rules in Hong Kong
• Represented Citigroup Global Markets Asia Limited and China International Capital Corporation Hong Kong Securities Limited, the joint sponsors of 360 DigiTech, Inc. (currently known as Qifu Technology, Inc.) (HKSE: 3660; NASDAQ: QFIN), a leading credit-tech platform in China, on the global offering and secondary listing on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited
• Represented Noah Holdings Limited (HKSE: 6686; NYSE: NOAH), a leading and pioneer wealth management service provider in China, on its secondary listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and subsequent conversion to dual primary listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and New York Stock Exchange, as well as on a variety of legal issues relating to its compliance with the Listing Rules in Hong Kong
• Represented Bain Capital Private Equity in its significant equity investment in EcoCeres, Inc., an Asia-based innovative biorefinery company with leading R&D capabilities, on a variety of legal issues relating to compliance with the Listing Rules in Hong Kong. EcoCeres is incubated by The Hong Kong and China Gas Company Limited (HKSE: 3), a main energy supplier in Hong Kong, which remains as a strategic shareholder in EcoCeres following the transaction
• Represented Ocumension Therapeutics (HKSE: 1477), a China-based ophthalmic pharmaceutical platform company dedicated to identifying, developing and commercializing first- or best-in-class ophthalmic therapies, on a variety of legal issues relating to its compliance with the Listing Rules in Hong Kong

• Represented Shenzhen Shenbao Industrial Co., Ltd., a company formerly listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange in China, in its purchase of assets of Shenzhen Cereals Group Co., Ltd. (currently known as Shenzhen Cereals Holding Co., Ltd. (000019.SZ)) by way of issuing shares for an aggregate consideration of RMB6 billion. The transaction constitutes major assets restructuring
• Represented Walgreens Boots Alliance, Inc. (NASDAQ: WBA), one of the largest retail pharmacies across the U.S. and Europe serving globally, on its acquisition of 40% stake in Sinopharm Holding GuoDa Pharmacy Co., Ltd., a China-based pharmacy chain operator and a wholly-owned subsidiary of China National Accord Medicines Corporation Ltd. (000028.SZ), for an aggregate consideration of US$416 million
• Represented Haier Electronics Group Co., Ltd., a company formerly listed on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong with the stock code of 1169, and its subsidiary Gooday (Shanghai) Investment Co., Ltd. in equity capital raising of Qingdao Gooday Intelligent Internet of Things Co., Ltd., a logistics company providing household appliance delivery services in China, with Alibaba Group and other investors
• Represented Beijing Xiaoju Technology Co., Ltd. in its acquisition of and equity capital raising in one of the biggest taxi companies in Guangzhou, Guangdong Province, China
