The 2006 BTI Client Service All-Stars

BTI Consulting surveyed more than 200 corporate counsel at large and Fortune 1000 companies regarding their needs, expectations, spending, and satisfaction with outside law firms to compile The BTI Client Service All-Star Team. Each client was asked to name one attorney who they believe delivers exceptional client service. The clients identified 134 individuals from 93 law firms. Chicago litigation partners James H. Mutchnik and Richard C. Godfrey were both nominated for the team. Mr. Godfrey was one of only two attorneys to be nominated by more than one client.
