Award for Excellence - Restructuring

Kirkland's Restructuring Practice Group was recognized with an Award for Excellence by Chambers & Partners at the 2008 Chambers USA Awards ceremony in New York on June 12, 2008. Kirkland was selected from a group of seven finalist firms in the Bankruptcy Team category for providing superior service to its clients.

In Chambers USA, America's Leading Lawyers for Business 2008, Chambers commented, "Clients say they are 'impressed with the quality of each and every lawyer here,' particularly their 'experience, judgment and ability to see the pros and cons of a case.' Interviewees report that 'the work undertaken here is exemplary.'"
