BTI Client Service A-Team 2010

Kirkland ranked sixth among the nation's top 30 law firms in the "BTI Client Service A-Team 2010: The Survey of Law Firm Client Service Performance." These 30 firms were named by corporate counsel as delivering the best client service and performing better than the 500 law firms serving Fortune 1000 clients. BTI interviewed approximately 250 corporate counsel at Fortune 1000 companies to determine how law firms performed across 17 different client service activities.
