The Firm: This well-respected, 13-strong team works closely with partners in the firm's corporate practice. The impressive client list includes Chemtura, Ernst & Young and Hitachi; the team also recently advised the National Hockey League Players' Association on its long-running dispute with the National Hockey League regarding pension plans. It focuses closely on providing employee benefits counseling in major transactions and restructuring, and recently advised Visteon on its pension and retiree medical benefit obligations following its Chapter 11 reorganization.
