The Directorship 100

Partner Robert Hayward has been named to "The Directorship 100" by the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD). He will be presented with the honor at the NACD Awards Gala on November 8, 2011.

Each year, NACD Directorship identifies the most influential people in the boardroom community, including directors and officers, as well as corporate governance experts, journalists, regulators, academics and counselors.
