Patent Litigation Survey 2011: The Busiest Firms Overall

In the eleventh annual survey of patent litigation, Kirkland ranked sixth for most overall cases in 2010, with 55 cases filed. Kirkland ranked eighth for the most defense cases and ninth for the most plaintiffs cases filed in 2010.

The survey includes patent lawsuits that were filed in federal district courts in 2010. The cases had to be active as of February 1, 2011.
