America’s Best Corporate Law Firms

Kirkland ranked as the top firm in the Chicago metro, as well as a top 25 national corporate law firm, in the 2012 Corporate Board Member/FTI Consulting America's Best Corporate Law Firms study.

The study, which is the 12th annual, is compiled from a list of national corporate law firms using three national law firm rankings: The National Law Journal's Top 50, The Am Law 50, and Vault listed firms. The final 25 national law firms in America are selected based on the number of votes received from questionnaires sent to 11,340 directors and 1,957 general counsel of publicly traded companies.
