Transatlantic Legal Awards

The American Lawyer selected Kirkland for the Transatlantic Litigation award at the 2016 Transatlantic Legal Awards, held in London on June 7, 2016. Kirkland partners Michael Baumann and Michael Slade were recognized for representing The Boeing Company in litigation against its former partners arising from Sea Launch, an international joint venture. The Transatlantic Legal awards honor law firms for excellence in handling transatlantic matters across the key areas of corporate, finance and disputes. They also highlight law firm innovation, commitment to pro bono, outstanding transatlantic strategy, and in-house leaders.
