Top 10 Middle-Market Deals of the Year 2021

Mergers & Acquisitions honored Kirkland & Ellis with three “Deal of the Year” awards as part of its list of the Top 10 Middle-Market Deals of the Year for 2021. Kirkland was recognized for the following deals:

• FinTech Real Estate Deal of the Year: Represented Serent Capital in its sale of Docutech to First American Financial Corporation.

   

• Health & Fitness Deal of the Year: Represented Francisco Partners in its acquisition of the MyFitnessPal platform from Under Armour, Inc.

   

• Software Deal of the Year: Represented Vista Equity Partners in its acquisition of Gainsight.
