Private Funds CFO Legal Rising Stars 2023

Private Funds CFO named Kirkland & Ellis partners Ben Briggs and Seth Fishman to its 2023 list of “Legal Rising Stars.” Ben was recognized in part for raising more than $77 billion in total fund commitments over the course of his career, and Seth was recognized in part for representing Francisco Partners in nearly $17 billion in total commitments in 2022, including the simultaneous formation and fundraising of its $13.5 billion seventh flagship fund and its $3.3 billion Francisco Partners Agility III fund.

The ”Legal Rising Stars” 2023 list includes individuals under the age of 40 who stood out for their leadership, innovation and legal acumen, as well as the caliber of their mandates and general market reputation.
