Human Capital Management Excellence Awards 2023

Brandon Hall Group recognized Kirkland & Ellis with two awards as part of its “Human Capital Management Excellence Awards” for 2023. Kirkland received the Gold Award for “Best Advance in Leadership Development” for its new Leadership & Management Training (LMT) program, which provides training and development curriculum for remote and on-site global law firm associates. The Firm’s LMT program was also honored with a Silver Award for “Best Hybrid Learning Program.”

The LMT program, which launched in October 2022, is a re-envisioned curriculum developed to help first through sixth-year associates excel as leaders at Kirkland. The suite of programs is tailored to provide associates with the skills, behaviors and traits they need to succeed, when they need them most. The initiative was designed to reach a distributed, global population of learners with a mix of remote and on-site participants.

Awards entries were evaluated by a panel of independent industry experts, Brandon Hall Group analysts and executives based on the following: alignment to their business need and environment; program design, functionality and delivery; adoption, integration, user experience, innovation and creativity; and overall effectiveness, impact and measurable benefits.
