Kirkland Recognized Among TIME's Best Midsize Companies in America 2024
TIME named Kirkland & Ellis among its list of “America’s Best Midsize Companies” for 2024. The inaugural list, in conjunction with Statista, took into account three primary factors:
• Employee satisfaction
• Revenue growth
• Sustainability transparency (ESG)
Once all data was collected and evaluated, it was consolidated and weighted within a scoring model. The scores of all three driving factors were added on an equal percentage basis to form the final ranking score of a maximum 100 points. The 500 companies with the highest score were named to the list. Kirkland was one of only 22 companies nationwide recognized in the “Professional Services” category.
