Kirkland Partners Pippa Bond and Anne Kim Recognized Among L.A. Business Journal’s 2025 Women of Influence

The Los Angeles Business Journal named Kirkland partners Pippa Bond and Anne Kim to its 2025 list of “Women of Influence: Finance.” Honorees were recognized for their exceptional leadership, knowledge, skill and achievements in the banking industry and for their contributions to the greater Los Angeles business community.

Pippa was named “one of the top capital markets attorneys in the country” for her extensive experience in corporate finance and securities that includes representing issuers, sponsors and underwriters in registered public offerings, block trades, and private placements of debt and equity securities. Her work spans a broad range of industries, with a focus on retail and consumer companies, industrials, transportation, real estate and financial services.

Anne was recognized for her “deep insight into California’s most dynamic industries” through her representation of public and private companies in both taxable and tax-free mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, cross-border transactions, recapitalizations and formation of joint ventures.
