Partner Joshua Simmons Named Among Financier Worldwide’s AI Power Players 2025

Financier Worldwide named Kirkland partner Joshua Simmons to its 2025 list of “Artificial Intelligence Power Players,” which recognizes some of the most distinguished advisers and “leading lights” in the space.

Josh, a nationally recognized litigator sought after for complex cases and those of first impression, frequently counsels clients and lectures on the intellectual property implications of AI.

“Although it would be difficult to be aware of every emerging innovation, a directional awareness of new technologies is useful to understand how laws will intersect with AI,” said Josh, whose background in computer science and copyright law sparked his interest in AI.
