Marlin Equity Raises $1.6B Fund

"Marlin Equity Partners closed its fourth private equity fund with $1.6 billion in commitments, surpassing its initial $1 billion target, the firm announced Tuesday, July 9. 

Kirkland & Ellis LLP partners Bruce Ettelson and Karin Orsic served as legal counsel to Marlin."
