Litigator of the Week Runners-Up and Shout-Outs

A federal jury in Delaware last week awarded their clients, the University of Minnesota and Finch Therapeutics, nearly $26 million after finding Ferring Pharmaceuticals’ fecal-transplant therapy Rebyota willfully infringed all three patents asserted at trial. The award included $25 million in damages and a royalty of $815,061."
