Kirkland & Ellis International LLP Advises London Financial Investor Greenpark Capital Limited
Kirkland & Ellis International LLP is advising Greenpark Capital Limited (Greenpark) in connection with the acquisition of approximately 50 percent of the portfolio of the publicly listed investment company CFC Industriebeteiligungen GmbH & Co. KG a.A. (CFC).
Jersey-based Palace Park Investments Limited, funded by Greenpark, purchased shares in four portfolio compa nies of CFC. The purchase price of €.5 million will be paid in several tranches. The first tranche comprises approximately 60 percent of the total transaction amount.
