Kirkland & Ellis Advises the Numericable Group in Connection with a €360.2 Million High-Yield Offering

Kirkland & Ellis International LLP represented Ypso France S.A.S., the parent company of the Numericable Group, in connection with the offering of €360,200,000 12.375% senior secured notes due 2019 by Numericable Finance & Co. S.C.A. The transactions closed on Feb. 14, 2012. The proceeds from the offering were used by Numericable Finance & Co. S.C.A. to acquire a loan made to Ypso France S.A.S. to repay a portion of the facilities under a senior facility agreement.
