Kirkland & Ellis Advises Search Investment Group on the Sale of Squadron Capital to FLAG Capital Management

Kirkland & Ellis has advised Search Investment Group on its sale of Squadron Capital, the Hong Kong-based Asian fund of funds with US$1.5 billion assets under management, to US-based FLAG Capital Management. 

The Kirkland team was led by Hong Kong-based private funds partner Christopher Braunack and corporate partner Matthew Gerber, with private funds partner Justin Dolling and private funds associate Martina Columbo.
