Kirkland Represents Palladium in its Investment in TransForce

Kirkland & Ellis LLP represented Palladium Equity Partners, LLC, a New York City-based private equity firm, in its acquisition of TransForce, Inc., a specialized staffing and recruiting company based in Alexandria, Va., that provides qualified commercial truck drivers to third-party logistics companies, private fleets, and trucking companies.
