Kirkland Advises Highland Europe on Closing of Second Fund

Kirkland & Ellis LLP has advised Highland Europe, a growth capital investment firm, in connection with the recent closing of its second fund — Highland Europe Growth Technology Fund II. The fund was oversubscribed and held a final closing with aggregate capital commitments of €332 million. The fund will make growth stage investments in Europe targeting rapidly emerging Internet, mobile and software companies.
