Kirkland Counsels Brentwood Associates on Purchase of Jefferson Dental Care

Kirkland & Ellis LLP advised Brentwood Associates, a leading consumer-focused private equity investment firm, on its decision to acquire Jefferson Dental Care from Black Canyon Capital.  Jefferson Dental Care is a leading dental support organization with affiliated clinics throughout Texas that offer a broad range of general dentistry, orthodontic and other specialty dental services.
