Kirkland Counsels LGS on its Sale to CACI for $750M
Kirkland & Ellis advised LGS Innovations, a leading provider of command, control, communications, computers, intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance and cyber products and solutions to the U.S. Intelligence Community and U.S. Department of Defense, which Madison Dearborn Partners and CoVant Management agreed to sell to CACI International Inc. (NYSE: CACI). CACI, which provides information solutions and services in support of U.S. national security missions and government transformation for Intelligence, Defense, and Federal Civilian customers, will acquire LGS Innovations for $750 million.
